Version 4.9.5.3 of Panacea is now live, bringing the following fixes and new features:
Xero integration improvements
Following the introduction of prepayment synching with Xero we are now updating some critical Panacea sync issues including:
reconfiguring the cash-up automation and
resync functions when the Xero connection with Panacea is dropped
If your clinic is experiencing Xero issues, please go to the Xero Integration tab and initiate a re-sync by clicking the re-sync button on the right of the screen and then complete the form from Xero and follow the instructions:
If your initial Xero integration was incomplete, you might need to delete it and restart the integration process.

IDEXX Vetlab Station integration
We have completed stage one of the build for our new integration with IDEXX VetLab Station. We are going into Beta testing with our first clinic this month and anticipate having a release available for all users soon after that.
