We're excited to announce version 4.8 of Panacea which contains a bunch of exciting new features - all of which were requested by (and voted for) you, our loyal users, as feature requests.

This release includes:

Our most requested feature ever! Now you can take prepayments in advance of providing goods or services to your clients. Fully integrated with Xero, of course!

We've also created a new 'Payments' view that makes it easier to view and manage all payments received by your clinic. To access this Payments view, simply click SALES - Payments, or to view a list of payments associated with a single Client, click the 'Payments' tab on the Client screen.

Another of our most popular requests - Panacea now lets you capture handwritten signatures for each staff member and include these in various templates, including handouts and certificates.

Capturing, managing and using staff signatures couldn't be easier - refer to our help centre article for more information on how to do so.

We've created a new PRODUCT_UNITS variable that you can use in templates for drug labels, handouts and other documents. PRODUCT_UNITS reflects how many units of a given product were included in the sale.
